IT doesn't have a gallery but it does have a kind of WT where you can check the girls' stats and find out what to do next.

Quite a few have sort-of normal-sized, but I don't think there are any actual small-chested LIs, that's not his scene.

There absolutely are a few very small-chested LIs, including at least: Lilith, the younger of Lizza's daughters, Tara, "batshit crazy Class Two" (by the dev's own character descriptions), and Penelope, the black-haired LeCafe girl with glasses.

I remember I played the game when it was 0.7 and I thought of replaying it once it had enough content. Even for a 0.7, it did have decently good amount of content, so I'm hoping I'll have a lot more to see now when I replay it.
But anyway, I'm always down for a true harem game without much grinding, and although being a sandbox, it wasted no time jumping to beds which I loved.

cause so far thats all its been since day one and im starting to get bored of it.
i mean its nice that there are so many girls to choose from but after fucking each of them a dozen times they start to look the same to me.

I mean, it's pretty much given away by the fact that the game is named in such a way and the overview pretty much explains what it's gonna be about, so you almost already know what you're in for and what's coming your way. If you've stumbled across a game with potentially a whole town of girls in it with you being the centre of it all, I'm assuming you wouldn't be there just to listen to each girl's story out there. As there are other games that do it with limited characters centred around the the plot.
Now, it's fair to say that some story is always good no matter what the game is, but if including walls of text explaining what everyone's thinking and the narrator explaining the situation of each potential character and what context a particular scene could have, just for the heck of crafting a story..., for a game with such large cast of characters, I think it might as well be better off without it. As it's only gonna backfire what it's intended for, and the kind of audience it's been made for.
But I do agree that some uniqueness could always be there in select main girls to maintain some interest and go down the route of being more realistic. Only not if the girls of entire town are given the same purpose to serve for the MC and that's ultimately what you the player are there for in the end, which has been the player's ultimate fantasy to satisfy; obviously far from reality.

I feel what you're trying to point here, and I agree some liveliness can do it good. I'm all for having to do something out of the mundane routine of being able to f*ck. Adding a bit of humor, tease and excitement with some twist once every while could surely make it interesting.
But I guess, as you rightly mentioned as well, that might somewhat drift away from the selling point of the game then, whereas it normally and ideally shouldn't hurt if it's done in a manner that doesn't feel forced to the players in their gameplay.

More minor events get added every single release.

Fundamentally, though, it's a game about an insanely wealthy dude bringing sixty-nine sluts to an island and then fucking all of them repeatedly. If that's not what you're looking for, then you are in fact likely the wrong audience.

the green dot in the upper left corner shows that theres a scene available at your current location yes.
but apart from scenes you need to progress with a girl theyre all repeatable scenes or sometimes just single frames.
unfortunately ive seen them all dozens of times while playing through the game and most of them dont add anything to the games atmosphere.
theyre neat the first and maybe second time but after seeing them over and over while checking if theres something you missed they lose their entertainment value.
