How to activate incest:
Go to the main menu to Enter Code and write there "freedom" or "skyisnotblue"

The code needs to be entered just one time. Afterward, that option will disappear. And when a new update comes you don't need to re-enter. (Or more like the option won't appear because you have already entered it before)
