That was/is by design.
While the normal tropes in VN's aren't bad, I chose to go my own way, and be different.
Not for the sake of being different, but more so because I wanted to tell a story, plus have sex in it.
Thanks for playing, though.
I'm a huge Campy horror fan, so some of my inspiration was drawn from that.
I also took a lot of inspiration from David Lynch.
I know, I know, I'm no David Lynch, but I really liked the first 2 seasons of Twin Peaks, and I also drew a lot of inspiration from that. (setting, random quirkyness, etc).
Some will see it, and some won't, but that's okay.
This style of story definately isn't for everyone.

If you are playing for strictly sex, you will be disappointed.
This Arc is story focused and the sex happens slowly.
you will be blue-balled if lots of girls in panties and lewd angles/shots effects you.

arc 2 is a completely different download. no saves needed as there is a gallery prepopulated with some images and content from arc 1.
The game/ui has been redone completely and will not have new features that arc 1 didnt have,

More like creepy supernatural horror, no jumpscares. I'm not much of a fan of horror myself, but I found myself enjoying this. Keep in mind that Ravenous is more focused on the story, rather than the sexy stuff, although the sexy stuff is still quite sexy.
