The one that came to my mind is 'Corrupted Love' as other also mentioned it before.

They don't have to be dark only games (although they can be), but need to at least have a fleshed out dark path option.
A few of mine:
Friends in Need
Raptus
The Regional Manager
Couldn't get in to raptus, the main character is not likable or interesting from my point of view

Best games with a 'dark path'

Life... literally...

No NTR and anything that associates with it, other than that alot of tags are welcome.

Thats fair, he has no redeeming qualities. It's the kind of game you have to be in the right mindset to play. Definitely not for everyone.

Friends in Need has been mentioned a few times and is one of my favourites. Pale Carnations can get pretty sadistic

Anything with romance, incest, harem and pregnancy for me.
That with a good story, something where you can feel that the MC is really in love with his girls and they with him.
I'm a sucker for that.
Unfortunately quite rare...

Another one I've not seen, looks interesting. Thanks!

Radiant has a dark path.
If you like beating the shit out of a grieving girl that lost her mother to cancer... 🤷‍♂️

Who doesn't?

what are we talking about here? just mommy+daughter lesbian content or mommy+daughter+mc?

Choices that only result in one or two different lines of dialogue to give the illusion of branching paths
To be fair, such flavour dialogue can open speaker a little bit and alternatives are:
- fully different answer (best choice, can show a lot of personality)
- one or two lines are different (cheap, but you could add some character)
- it's the same (like character is not even hearing you)
Also grinding, any grinding.
Grinding, sadly, is such an easy mechanic to use and a lot of devs are using it wrong (in my opinion)
The premise is simple: you do ~repetitive thing -> you get rewarded (while you doing the thing and after you have reached some goal)
But mostly people use it as a crunch to stretch all content that they have by giving reward only at the end.
If you give the player things to do besides grinding (leave this as some kind of side activity). It would make grinding relaxing and fine.
I don't want to take one hand off of the shaft just to type to complete your mini-games.
Yeah, its an old problem with "How much game should you have in your adult game".
Personally I like to play the game, but in most sandbox'y games there are not good distinction between one handed and gaming modes. (like Breeders of the Nephelym, where you could roam the map and then *BOOM* sex scene!)
I HATE bad map systems
I am always checking when I am playing RPGmaker games one thing - you shouldn't be able to move back into location that you came from from the same direction (if you entered from upper-screen, you shouldn't be at the upper-screen in the next location)
It's always funny how you can press up and move back and forth between two locations.
