You can play Android files on windows by using and Android emulator, I use one called BlueStacks

For future reference its much easier to just install the official renpy launcher and use it to launch games when they aren't supported on your system. I do it all the time to play windows only builds on my mac.

Linux + PC versions are usually identical, at least on Renpy afaik.

Well, it only doesn't work, because the necessary files to run on Win were actively and intentionally deleted. Won't say more about it.

Got it already to run but didn't test it much yet.
For anyone who wants to try: get the Renpy SDK here

unpack and copy the contents of the SDK into the folder of this game (NOT into the 'game' folder, when asked to overwrite i did)

Many fail to understand and see, I'm not doing these games for money. All my games have been non-profit and free and open-source (FOSS). It's actions taken to improve the hobby of video games. For me, it is also an art. Which sadly is non-existent in today's industry. Most people in the industry see games as just for profit, and in today's world, for spreading propaganda.
Raising awareness for FOSS and promoting it, it is good for us game developers and good for you gamers. If you haven't heard of FOSS, well now you know because of my games.

edit/update: Seeing all the idiots talk shit to me and downvote me is why I don't bother with Windows or Apple. FOSS is wasted on Windows, especially on coomsumer cucks who defend these companies. These fucking idiots are at fault for the current pile of shit that is Gaming. Don't be surprised that the industry doesn't back up gamers when you go around and shit on those fighting for you to improve a beloved hobby. In fact this industry shits all over you. The very few devs like myself fighting for you won't be sticking around to help, the fault is largely on gamers.
