Was wondering this yesterday but after putting more in (400+ now) it still doesn't seem to do anything. Maybe we need to put X amount in before it starts generating intrest?

Same here, have almost 200 coins in the bank. Showing 0% interest. Maybe this is planned for real real lurkers to earn coins in the future.

Well the whole coin system and bank is still in beta and subject to change. Right now it's not working.

Hey folks, I still trying to figure the recent change on the site. I still don't understand the benefit of the bank on the shop section.

Does anyone have information on it ? I may have missed the thread explaining the benefit it provide.

Some people asked around and eventually made a ticket. As of now the bank does... NOTHING. They're still thinking about what to do with it I believe.

Apparently the bank isn't set up yet, so depositing coins doesn't have any effect.
I've deposited 1000 LCC there for two days now and nothing happend.

if that daily interest ever moves from 0% then it will give something, until then nada

Yes, but there is a possibility that you only start to get interest (and will be shown) if you deposit a minimum amount of coins.
