Hey everyone,

I've been working on another round of updates for LC, cleaning up the theme and improving several of the features you're already using. There's also a new donation system coming, along with a more connected setup for the shop, wallet, and Vault.

Theme fixes and improvements

I'm working through the inconsistent colors, awkward spacing, oversized elements, and leftover light backgrounds that still appear throughout the theme.

This includes dropdowns, member previews, quotes, attachment controls, and the post editor. The editor is getting fixes for toolbar alignment, strange lines appearing through controls, and dropdown menus opening underneath the writing area.

Display Studio's existing settings are also being made more consistent. Reading width, density, and the author panel beside posts are being adjusted so your selections actually control the layout instead of being overridden by other styling. This applies to both threads and direct messages.

Navigation is getting attention too, including usernames being cut off unnecessarily and background updates for alert and inbox counts. Existing pages such as Latest Updates are also being brought into line with your selected theme colors.

The goal is to make everything feel like part of the same site, including on smaller screens.

Community Pulse updates

Community Pulse is getting a cleaner layout and fixes to where its links take you.

Thread titles will have their own line, with smaller prefixes underneath. Prefixes can wrap instead of taking up most of the space and squeezing the title.

The release feed is now labelled Latest Games. Those entries take you to the game's opening post, while the other activity views take you directly to the latest post. This addresses the issue where you could end up on page one instead.

Ignored content is also being filtered out, including supported thread, forum, and tag ignore rules. Something you've chosen to ignore shouldn't keep resurfacing in Pulse.

Shop, Wallet and Vault updates

I'm bringing these existing features together under a unified Support & rewards area, with sections for Overview, Donate, Store, Wallet, Vault, and Activity.

This is not a separate set of balances. The wallet reads the currencies already attached to your forum account, including LewdCoins, Donation Coin, and Platinum.

The store is getting clearer categories for ranks, badges, and extras, along with clearer pricing and item status. You'll be able to see when something is already owned, out of stock, unavailable, or beyond your current balance.

Purchases are being brought across carefully. Listings with special requirements that haven't been migrated will remain unavailable rather than being sold without their conditions being handled properly.

The Vault is being integrated into the same area, so you can deposit, withdraw, and claim interest without jumping back to the old shop pages. Its existing rules and safeguards remain in place.

The Vault section shows your invested balance, spendable balance, daily rate, current cap, total interest earned, and when your next claim becomes available. When claiming, you can choose how much interest goes back into the Vault and how much goes to your spendable wallet.

The Activity section brings verified donations, store purchases, and Vault movements into one chronological history, making it easier to see what happened to your account balances.

Reaction Plus replacement

I'm also working on our own replacement for Reaction Plus, specifically the rank-based reaction access that broke with XenForo 2.3.

The reaction picker is getting a cleaner, scrollable grid as well, so the available reactions don't spread out into an oversized menu.

The replacement is still part of the development work and is not live yet.

Our new donation system

I'm replacing the third-party form setup with our own donation interface and RequestStream integration.

Once the replacement is ready, we can stop paying around $150 a month for an external form service and have proper control over how donations connect to LC.

Your signed-in forum account is linked to the checkout, so you won't need to keep entering your username and account email into another form.

Card payments

The new checkout, with one-time donations and monthly subscriptions. There is also a subscriptions section for viewing and managing recurring support tied to your account.

The donation interface and integration are ours. Card checkout still goes through the payment provider.

Crypto payments

Initial support is BTC, LTC, and XMR, with other currencies planned later.

Instead of sending a payment and then waiting for someone to manually match it to your account, the new flow creates an invoice with the amount, wallet address, QR code, expiry information, and payment status.

The intended workflow is for the payment to be detected and verified, the donation to be credited to the correct account, and any eligible rewards to be applied automatically.

Monthly crypto support is also being tested. That uses prepaid renewal credit or a fresh wallet payment when renewal is due, not automatic withdrawals from your wallet.

Visibility and rewards

You'll be able to choose whether your donation appears publicly or anonymously while still having it credited to your account.

The page also brings together the monthly donation goal, recent donors, and your support progress, including applicable reward tiers, streaks, and community milestones.

We need card and crypto donation testers

We need volunteers to test crypto donations so we can check that the full donation process is actually automated.

I'm not just looking to confirm that the checkout accepts a payment. We need to verify that:
  • The payment is detected and its status updates correctly.
  • The donation and any applicable credits reach the correct LC account.
  • Eligible rewards are applied without manual staff intervention.
  • Public or anonymous visibility works correctly, and a payment isn't credited twice.

We need coverage for BTC, LTC, and XMR. Subscription setup and renewal handling also need checking where available.

To help test, reply here or send me a private message with the payment method you can use.

Keep receipts and transaction details in private messages. Never send card details, wallet passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases.

Before this goes live

There are still checks to finish before replacing the live setup, especially around donations, account credit, and reward automation.

Thanks to beta users who have been reporting bugs and pointing out things that look off. Keep sending specific examples and screenshots so I can work through them.

The aim is a more consistent forum, less jumping between separate pages, and a donation system that handles the work automatically instead of leaving people waiting for manual processing.

How about getting rid of all the caps in the vault?

Little stupid thing: can I ask for a reaction of applause?

Certainly going to take some time getting used to, but it's a decent change. Not sure about the utility of being able to choose the percentage of the vault/wallet claim, but I like the idea.

will this actually be implemented & cost lewdcoins ?
Support & rewards

are you still going to bring back the casino where we can spend lewdcoins ?

From a general UI standpoint, it's an awful change. The previous iteration of the UI was way better on PC.

I don't even think i'll go and claim my daily interest on PC now because i don't think i even want to navigate that new shop/vault area.

Oh god, i just checked it on mobile and its just as bad.

I gotta say, 100% agree. Yeah, it looks more cohesive with the rest of the forum layout, but the old UI was just waaaaay better at showing what it was supposed to

From a purely UI review, 0/10 update

you all are non-beta members, that update on the UI for the combination is meant for the new theme which is being worked on, so yeah the issue is the old theme is not compatible with the new addons.
