Overview:
In this darkly comedic adult dating sim, you are a teenage virgin who loses his parents in a tragic murder-suicide and is left to care for his three stepsisters.
In the wake of your father’s death, his shady past begins to unravel, and you find that along with his fortune, you are left with his legacy as an underworld kingpin and boss of the local sex trade. You must navigate the aftermath and keep your family alive, off the streets, and out of prison.
In the process, you’ll manage a strip club, run an adult movie studio, and take on the Russian mob while unraveling a rich and immersive story that puts you in control of the action.

Or, and this might be a stretch, they wrote the story exactly as they wanted already.

Seriously play the game first. The dead guy is explicitly MEANT to not be the mc's real father. It has nothing to do with landlady trope bullshit. And a major plot point is that the girls ARE the dead guys daughters for reasons of heirs and inheritence

It wouldn't be a mod to change that. It would be a complete plot/story rewrite

You can use the incest patch for other games too... naturally, some Ren'Py games require specific adjustments, but it should work for most of them.
