Ok, I don't know how deep comparatively I am into the story to where the current update ends, so keep that in mind with what I am saying. I am trying not to throw spoilers in the air, but the MC in one moment seems to have empathy for abused women and then the next do as much as he can to traumatize them. The prostitute (even when selecting the good choice there) and Daria in the car are terribly traumatic to the women. Yes, he did help them long term, but how he was cold and brutal in his emotional treatment of them. He does have the understanding of the situation, so why not be more tactful? I know he is damaged, but he's not an idiot. He can be sympathetic and empathetic with more than Foxy, his sister, and his niece. Just my two cents.

Like one guy posted above, the 'good' actions are accidental, in Darias case. Her husband was not a target because of anything he did to her. It was revenge for Lucy. He enjoys it and like some serial killers enjoy a bit of a show too.

I have finished up to the latest update. I feel I do have a better understanding of the MC. Still feels he's too gruff with NPC who haven't earned the gruffness, but not going to worry as much about that. Foxy being darker than I expected from the get go threw me off more than it did the MC and I thought he might call her out on it instead of accepting it. Not reject her, just call her out on it more. She's still got a kind heart under the crazy and callousness (when she shows the callousness). I know it sounds like I am complaining, but just a flow of thoughts. I have come to really enjoy and is in my B tier favorites now (I know that doesn't sound impressive, but only a very small few are in my A tier). Thanks Dev for creating an interesting story and cast of characters and thanks to responding to my first reaction without defensiveness. Taking it for what it was. The way you handle yourself in the comments is appreciated

I don't necessarily mean the following in a negative way. I don't know how i feel about this game or how I am supposed to feel about this game. I don't want to be too technical about the writing but the Oulipo school of writing imposed needless and arbitrary restrictions on their writing to see if it stimulated creativity. This person made a game suitable for download on this site where the MC has a cock that doesn't work properly. They made the main LI obviously smol (even referencing it in the game) but didn't include age adjustment or full on + content. They made the main relationship obviously father daughter but has said there will never be incest in the game. They have made countless interesting female characters and a morally flawed MC and made the main LI extremely possessive. They have made an MC who seems to have no understanding of the difference between traumatizing a woman and arousing a woman work for an organization that liberates traumatized women. They have set a story in California when they are clearly English. it's like at every turn the writer has had an idea and then said to themselves 'fuck you, that's the last thing we will do'.
The effect of all this is that the story doesn't seem to follow the usual tropes but makes you appreciate and wish for the usual tropes.

They have set a story in California when they are clearly English. it's like at every turn the writer has had an idea and then said to themselves 'fuck you, that's the last thing we will do'.

Huh? This line confused me. You make it sound like California isn't an english speaking area, or is this because of the whole soccer aspect. Americans play soccer too, and the team is O.C. Amazons, which is supposed to be a small time soccer club based in Orange county, which is just outside of Los Angeles. Only other thing I can see you saying leads it to being English, as in England, is the Amira's Family aspect, or that the MC is of Danish descent. Which isn't really an argument, because the LA area is almost as bad as New York as a mixing area of different Ethnic groups and cultures.

As for Jessie, she's short. Could she be perceived as teen? Sure, but that doesn't make her a smol. Short, thin, small breasted women who are over the age of 18 exist too. I figured she's like, 4 foot 9 inches tall or so, MC is prob 6.5 and Christa is 5'7 ish.


As a Side note, @Echo Foxtrot, as of the lastest version I played, I say this with much love: Fuck you for Sunshine, but I'm Glad to see the image you included post chapter end. I about lost my shit over that cliff hanger.
