discussion New to LC and pleasantly surprised

Hello there!

I recently found this forum in search for a specific game and joined, not knowing about the whole coins system and the requirements for getting to "the good stuff". I looked through some of the threads and did not expect to find this level of civilised discussion on an 18+ forum. So far, no entitled manchildren to be seen, which is a relief.

So here I go, interacting with an 18+ community for the first time, hoping to become Member+ after a while and discover some new games on the way. I am mostly interested in hand drawn 2D art, but 3D is also fine, if done right. In terms of themes, I am pretty much open for anything.

Favorites so far have been House Chores, Unteralterbach, and pretty much anything by Ota Guchi Field, NLT Games and NTRMan. Would love to find more along those lines!

The main thing here is not so much games (there are sites with a much larger selection), but a good forum and a very pleasant community. Even though, for example, I'm interested in pure vanilla games, nevertheless, it's possible to communicate very well here.

I noticed that too, and some in-development games I checked out are behind on their version number. But I can always check the other sites if I feel I need to for specific games. Just have to remember not to read the comments there...
