Been saying that for the BC for years now, too many people whine about the transaction fees and times compared to the censorship of PP's. Maybe BC will be worth it to them once ALL porn is banned (which I wish they'd hurry up and do already, what's left still allowed by their Hays Code mostly sucks anyway and can be had for free).

I really liked the game, unfortunately the developer just got too spooked after the whole Westy thing, then he started changing the game, ages of characters etc... tried doing a dark/light path.... just lots of problems with the direction of the game. And I think the fear of getting in trouble over a Loli game was just too much for him.
And in the end it is his choice, his life, his game. But like so many other good games it is dead. I was happy to at least got to play what was there.

Pretty much, unless they start making them for free just to flip the bird to the morality police. There are a few of those still. Still wish Musk would make his own credit card and payment system "just for ped0s". Hell Trump should do it, he likes putting his name on everything else like he's some lunatic Roman emperor anyway.

The difference is the Japanese ones tend to have a spine and alt payment methods like QR cash. If only they'd quit censoring the dicks and pussies too. Like DLsite. Visa and MC tried their usual playbook on them and instead of them bending a knee like expected they simply dropped them as a payment option. Similarly in other regions like South America the duopoly isn't nearly as strong (last I heard Brazil's central bank has it's own digital payment system or something similar). Maybe if every business started doing that they'd quit being picky about their transactions beyond what the law requires, since without business partners the cards they pass out would just be mostly useless rectangles of plastic and their business model would collapse.Western Loli/Smol games have been on decline for a year.

I was poking around on the dev's SS page to see if there was any indication he had been by at all recently (not that I could tell) and I saw mention of a second short game that I hadn't heard of before, Corrupted Doctor. (Other one being Corrupted Sponsor, which is awesome.) I did a search on here and saw there was a request for it but no one could find an active link. Does anyone here have it?

My sub to RIC0H on SS had been in a state of "unpaid subscription" and unable to renew since the fall, the dev turned off payments so everything was just sitting there. Until yesterday when it got set to "cancelled" although I didn't do it. I don't know if this is from SS doing it or the dev coming and forcing everything to close down.

I wonder why RICOH threw in the towel so quickly. He only needed to switch providers !!!! ( PATREON ) Just close his eyes and go for it. Giving up is not the solution .

Like most devs he probably wasn't making that much anyway (most make less than $1/hr) and after 4+ years simply got bored/tired of it. Often a Patreon ban under those circumstances just makes for a convenient excuse to quit. Prob not a factor but it's also possible legal troubles sprang up since he's based in the UK, if they found his older work with loli April (who obviously wasn't the min 16yo for cartoons) as even though it was removed in later versions the internet is practically forever.

It wasn't "quickly". He already remade the game back and forth the last years because of the "loli games hunting". Changed his income platforms (even Subscribestar is removing such games now). But the ban from his own Discord probably was most likely to much for him and he quit without looking back

I actually own it; I played it a while ago. It was a good although pretty short game. Before you ask I'm not sure where I downloaded it from, I think I got it from his discord before it was shut down but I can't be sure. Oh, actually I now think I got it from his SS page.
