Hello, first time opening a thread. Came from ATF a while ago but never got courage to post anything.

I keep hearing about tedious grinds. Is it worth it to grind to member+? What things can I see in Games+?

I would love to see for myself but I read somewhere that you lose Activity Coins after a while so I can't really get to make enough for Member+ while having a busy life.

There are quite a few games in the Game+ section, but that’s not all you get. You can also visit M+ threads for images and other topics, where the same restrictions don’t apply as in the public section of the forum. There’s also a VIP section, but that’s for different ranks and grants access to other areas of the forum.

Now, as for whether it’s worth it… if you’re interested in the topic, of course it is. The grinding exists for security reasons, so that not just anyone can see the content—only those who really want to see it.

If you're referring to the badges under my name, they're just the badges that show my forum ranks. From top to bottom, they are Member, Member+, Trial Moderator, and Prestige 1.
You can get these in the store using either AC or DC, except for the Trial Moderator rank.

If you're referring to the banner on my profile, I added it myself, and you can do that in your account's profile settings.

If it's something else... you'll have to explain it more clearly, because I didn't understand.

I know what you mean; it was probably the old design. It was changed a while back, and Mime wanted to change it again to something clearer and more meaningful—not just random images or GIFs that look cool.

During my somewhat limited time on LC, I learned quickly that getting to members+ is just a game. Yes there is grinding but opportunities sometimes also arise on LC that give you an advantage, or extra coins, or the rules change and become easier. There are also pitfalls... I lost approximately 9000 coins a few months ago when the site was undergoing renovations. Other people lost much more than that. So it's all about timing, luck and perseverance. If you want it, you can make it happen.

There are threads and games and stuff behind members plus (shameless plug of my threads. Especially the splatoon and rodent girl thread.) Put your coins in the vault to get interest everyday.

I did loose all my coins after the server problems but i got what i had roughly back after saying the estimate of what i believe i had.

I mean, if you can earn 25 coins a day, then it takes around 51 days to reach lifetime member+. And that is with you logging in every day to collect interest as well.

I'm honestly finding it hard to find the time to grind for member+ on here. Maybe I will get it by the end of the year. I only have like 400 points since becoming active a month ago. I'm not one of those people who is just going to go spam threads with cringe short comments, but man this is taking forever lol. I'm sure it will be worth it, though.

Yeah, 2500 is rough, and farming for farmings sake sucks, especially knowing that youre looking at more than a month of daily activity.

There is no log-in bonus. What he meant was, if you manage to earn that much coins per day by the usual means.

Though with the resent changes, those numbers are no longer true. You could probably earn around 10-15 with normal/high activity right now. The price is now 350 of the new currency. So 30ish days of medium activity is enough now. Though it can be done a lot faster

Yup, 10 coins to start threads makes people not start threads. But I guess admins think that stops spam

As someone who is fairly new to the site, it does seem like quite a bit to get the member+ content, but that's probably a good thing since it keeps those away that are simply curious.

I did happen to see in this thread that coins eventually go away at some point? I'm not personally grinding for the coins since I'm only using the site to find things I might not have seen somewhere else for the things I like, but I can see how that can get frustrating.
