I know many girls who play all kinds of games, including adult games, but most of them prefer not to join communities filled with horny guys...or they hide their gender in order to play in peace.
However, most adult games are not really appealing to females...the majority have horse-male-hybrid protagonists without any brain and the majority of female protagonists are also brainless and massive cumdumps, rape/blackmail victims or both. So its even easier for me to find my pure lesbian content then it would be for a hetero woman to find anything remotely normal/realistic.
I also guess the niveau of most games is just to low for girls because many prefer to think while playing, thats why you guys think woman only play sims, bejewled or other stuff you need to invest time or brain.
But many guys see adult games just as porn, so thats the core focus of devs who want fast cash with medicore skills while many really good games get complains like "it needs more sex scenes", "fuck this boring shit", etc. in their comments.

Well, I've known a few female developers. Not many, but there are some. My guess is that if they create games like these, then they are very likely consumers of other similar games too. And if there are women like this, then surely there must be others that are only consumers and not devs. Again, probably not many, and like someone else said above, they probably avoid sharing their gender in this kind of community, but they most likely exist.

Have recently found some statistics and, in some other platforms, not sure if is the case here, the % of women playing have increased over the past years, to a 20% or something like that.
