Hevily modded Fallout 4 and Fallout NV. None of the xxx games with this theme interested me.
the Fallout series is an obvious choice.
would Nier: Automata count as being in a post apocalyptic setting? i believe it kinda is, so i would nominate that.

I mean if you mention Desert Stalker then Hot Sands of Antarctica has to be as well. Both great games that are very similar.
Mist is actually one of the best porn games out there, so I'd have to go with that. In terms of overall setting, I really enjoyed Rage and the previous Mad Max.

Cyberpunk 2077. Yeah its censored, wish it wasn't. Johnny Silverhand story was cool. He's a dick to V, but i liked his whole tear down the system mo.
7 Days to Die—Fun zombie-survival sandbox game with some cool overhaul mods, too.
I really like Horizon Forbidden West, too. Doesn't have the full mystery factor, being a sequel, but the gameplay is better.
I lave the post apocalyptic stories. I had a plot in mind.
Set way after nuclear wastelands. The planet is healing. There is clean water so plants etc are returning. Humans need to start rebuilding re populate but they have to find the right mate.
