I use a Mac and I struggle to get many great games that people recommend due to the lack of producing games in Mac format. Some games have even abandoned updates in favor of just Win/Lin. Is anyone else struggling with this and is there a work around that doesn't cost money or downloading Win to run games on the Mac??

I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is "because most people don't use Macs and most Mac users who want to play Windows games download Wine or something". Between the two there's not much incentive for most devs to add a Mac version of their game.
The real question should be: Why are people without a proper computer always complaining because noone cares about their bad choices? Honestly, why should devs put in extra work to support people without a common PC?
I think that if you financially supported a game and asked for a Mac version, most devs would comply. That said, why would they bother with an OS that has such low popularity among porn game enthusiasts? Btw I am curious: outside porn games, are indie devs bothering with Mac versions?
Because Macs aren't the dominant brand on the market. Just download an emulator so you can run windows on your Mac, unless you just want to pay the dev to make you a special edition
Sorry OP, Mac is a shit choice of operating system if you intend to do things Apple doesn't want you to do. Apple doesn't like porn.
Good news is you can use Boot Camp to install Windows 10, and if you're on Apple Silicon you can use Parallels (although I think it's only Windows 11).
