You need to have the the member+ rank.
Read this and this on how to get it.

Those games don't seem to have a "sinner" or "restricted" tag anymore, but they are still there, merged with the other games in "latest updates"

I was looking at the rules for lurkers like me, and it said I should have trophy points for account age, but I do not have any. Wonder what's up with that.
