Personally, I'd like to see better logic in the environment.
The houses in most game are so unrealistic. I'd really like to see that houses have more than one bathroom, especially where the MC or household is wealthy and lives in a big house. Also, let's be realistic with hallways. Why are they wider than the average bedroom.
Perhaps, I'm being nitpicky, but it's these little logic-lacks that detract from otherwise great games.

I think expressions are really needed to feel like the characters are living inside the game otherwise they are just like puppets 😴🙏

I'm so glad someone said this too lol, the backgrounds in most games just look bad, and some games just have nobody in the streets when the characters are walking through the town (And in games where there are background NPC's, some of them don't move)

Better picture or scene setup, games are a visual medium. So you need to think of how you present the scene to make it look good. Like artistic composition can make a mediocre scene into a amazing scene, even if it a scene that don't really mater.

Besides that the enviroment often looks like it's a porn set or straight out a furniture ad.

How clothes sit on bodies always looks strange, especially those "titt-hugging-shirts".
Fabric does't behave like that.
Yeah I know that DAZ and co suck with that, but it doesn't take the devs responsibility away to make stuff presentable.

Please increase the render samples and/or run the renders through a denoiser. I know it take a lot of time and effort to develop games. So after all that hard work, I'd encourage devs to present the cleanest view of their renders.

I think the 3d modeling has gotten loads better..
Personally I'd love to see more pets involved, as none of the major creators seem to have any experience with that. Maybe it's way harder than it seems.

I've never dabbled with DAZ. But I am surprised that it doesn't have a cloth simulator like Blender does.

One thing that really bothers me is how most Daz games have really bad animations, some artists are great at posing and making beautiful renders but when they start adding animations the quality drops exponentially.

For me it's when if they have sandbox elements and you can't clearly define what's clickable and what's not. It puts me off from choosing games with that tag most of the time.

My wishlist would include more variety in what faces and body shapes are presented in the games. Too many godesses with the same base assets out there.

Bring me some flaws dammit! (But pls keep them sexy 😅 )

For sure it is time consuming but it can be done. Does Daz have a fur simulator? If so, then yes more pets.

Stop abandoning games and commit to finishing projects.

If there's more than one, then there's no need to "accidentally" walk in on someone while they're in there. ;)

Just make sure there's someone in that other bathroom that you can spy on like any normal person would. Also, considering what happens in the bathroom in your game, I'd say it's much needed kek.

Well that's quite simple, camera's. ;)

If the hallway is narrow, then it's more awkward to get the camera in there when rendering the scene from different angles.

Yeah.. Having more than 4 characters in a scene causes issues.
If you had the main characters walking around a town, and then had 10-20 people in the background, the time it would take to render one image of that scene would be in the days.

So the dev has to ask themselves, is it really worth spending days to render 1 image of a scene that needs 20 images to complete, just so there's people in the background.

Also each background character needs to be made, so a model, hair, makeup, clothes, posed.
And then you have to make each background character look different, so different clothes are needed for each one. which then dips into the main characters clothing assets, and you don't really want to be using the same clothes over and over throughout the story, so clothes you put and a non important background character, you'll have to write off and not use on your main(s).

Another option is to not make long distance shots with 20 people or something but instead close distance ones where you can see a little in front or behind the characters, making it seem like there are people around. I know most devs choose to do it like this when they want to give the illusion.

How about hair that doesn't defy gravity? CFCs have been banned in the States for 30 years now. However, it looks like most girls in the games use more hairspray than an 80s glam rock band. Especially Dee from DMD.

Do you count transitions? So many games either have jarring transitions between renders, or require two clicks. Which is SUPER DANG ANNOYING.
