First of all big disclaimer I haven't the first about developing games of any kind, so yeah I might be about to say some stupid outrageous stuff, sorry in advance.
And second I'm only gonna be complaining about Daz models and HS models
But yeah I just wanted an excuse to ask devs to pls work a bit on their models, it's really tiring seeing the same few models over and over, at least I'd love to see more unique faces. It's gotten so bad that any game where there's clearly been some work done on the models immediately stands out.
It's bad on daz and even worse for HS.
SO yeah there's my little rant, would love some unique, varied and fleshed out models.

Don't expect to make money, if you do, you will fail.
Don't cater to the masses, a game that's for everybody won't please anybody.
Keeping a game alive as long as you can just to make money is the death of its creativity and its heart, make a new game, you apparently already have the fellowship.

don't let the patrons influence your vision, don't expect to make any serious money before at least 1 year of development with frequent updates, don't start working on multiple games

Honestly would you fap to it. Some games are badly designed with their audiences in mind.

Add. A. Pregnancy. Option. Seriously, it's so easy to throw in on the end and so easy to just make optional.

1. Don't blueball. Don't go more than 3 releases without actual sex (this does NOT include handjob - please, don't even include handjob, most of us rapidly click to get past it - blowjob, titjob, footjob [ieewww!], etc.)
2. Don't include NTR, futa/trap, monstergirl or anything extremely off (like scat)
3. Modern, realistic setting - no fantasy or sci fi
4. Realistic looking - NO CARTOONS! Yes, Manga, Anime or whatever the fuck else that shit is called is included as cartoons.

Also, remember people aren't playing it for a challenge, at least the vast majority, so leave bullshit like minigames, free roams, etc out or at least make them skippable without losing anything.

Know where your story is going to go and how it is going to end before you start. Too many games just set up their plot and then circle their wheels forever to keep juicing subs.

Both of this x 10000
I could write an essay on this, but I'll leave it with:

Make whatever game you want to make, but pick your target audience and know what they like/dislike and don't lie about what will be in it, or change it down line, and don't try hide what tags or kinks it will have with bs excuses like it will be spoilers, or it's not x because some stupid technical reason.

Yes to have everything planned in advance. Having to start over from the beginning pisses me off enough if it's a while worth of play in I just delete it (and end support if I'm a supporter.) Get your shit straight before starting. Remember the 7 Ps - Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance.

Don't bow down to the ones who expect ntr, futa, pregnancy, etc in every fucking game. More people dislike that content than like. Or at least make anything like that optional, unless it's the focus of the game. Also, make anything like that optional in any case if it isn't the focus. Definitely don't restart based on suggestions, as that is really abandoning the game and starting a new one.

I would say to them to finish the game they are making. Too many devs drop the games they are making. Some even drop one game only to make another game and then might drop that game too.
