None - my brain is not capable of 'believing' it's real for even a second - that is.. i'm always aware that it's not real people, not a reason story, not real events.. so I'm incapable of feeling bad. I'd call myself a psychopath, but I AM capable of feeling bad for real people so.. ye.. xD
Leap Of Faith I guess for obvious reasons, or Acting Lessons (too much tragedy in this one). A strong contender would be A Moment Of Bliss.
Could also mention Frozen Past (for MC), BaDIK (for many girls such as Sage, Jill or Maya and even Quinn), Summer With Mia, My Bully Is My Lover, Chasing Sunsets...

Acting Lessons. That one really caught me by surprise.. was really sad when X thing happened (don't want to spoil it). Wanted to replay it, but didn't want to go through that again lol
What do you think about me who replayed it 10 times to get all endings. At some point I was numb lol.
Simply put Karlsson's gambit, especially the MC himself, it's the first and last femdom game I'd ever play, although it's so far away from reality that it makes me laugh too.
When you put it like that I think about Moving Down and its MC, God I regret playing that game...

Cassie from summer scent really had me going into full regret mode.
