Title says it all. Describe a porn game that you have always wanted to play, but no game "gets it".
For me, it's a survival zombie apocalypse game that is built around base building and managing a community of procedurally generated NPCs.
The gameplay loop is a never ending cycle of scouting, looting and protecting the base. The combat would be turn based, and zombies would be able to restrain and rape female party members.
"A Zombie's Life" is thematically close, but gameplay wise is a far cry from what I wish.

Grab CoC 1or2 or Trials in Tainted Space better yet, give it full sex scenes and visuals or at least an amination side bar like Broken Dreams Correctional Center and you wont stop me from gooning a month straight.

Similarly, I'd like something like SHELTER but with a broader scope and maybe 3DCG instead of hand drawn. Like a Fallout style take on Peasant's Quest.

More RPGM with combat like Karryn's Prison. Or even better, a male MC with females acting like that or you fighting females and they acting like that.
A similar one was Saria Reclaimed, but then dev decided to change the entire game and tank his reviews

One that has good animation work, good character design, nice world building and good dialogue oh and probably the most unrealistic thing: frequent updates! I don't care too much about the main storylines, I like it when the characters push the story (so to speak).

Yeah, that move of his was specially egregious. I thought he had a promising path with what he had, but suddenly decided to turn it into a card game.

Man I've played very few RPGM games and most of them my first question is always; why are you making this into a porn game? or why are you making a porn game into this? Feels to me they want to actually make different games but can't get any traction so they throw porn in there to get attention.. But wow that's a 180 right there, I dont mind the simple turn base combat some RPGM games have (or some novels) but eh honestly. If I want to play a good RPG I'd probably be playing something else (and most RPGs can be easily modded so you have some adult content if you REAAALLLY wanted that). But hey maybe that's me, I used to actually LIKE sandbox games since I didn't mind the point and click aspects but in reality most sandboxes have awful gameplay loops that are just not worth it (and are broken/bugged a lot). Heard the name Karryns Prison couple times over the past few days on this site but I dont think I'll ever bother. There was a 2dcg trap game (2d sidescroller) which had GREAT artwork but the gameplay was fucking dogshit. It's like playing a shit flash game from 2001 when people tried to make their own Mario's on the web.
