Shouldn't have to say it, but if you see this and you are talking to it.. you are in the wrong.

Generally seen as important as an owner. You do not want to see this in a PM.
This is under the Head Admin.
They oversee the mods and the sites back end!
This is under Admin
They control the mods and help teach or guide them.
This is under Head Moderator
They have been a moderator for some time and have proven themselves to handle the responsibilities as such
This is under Moderator
They have been chosen to be on trial and learn what it takes to handle a community
NON STAFF ROLES
These make the games you know and love!
If it is their game, its safe to say, they know more about it than you!
They make mods for games: Walkthroughs, patches, etc. Game enhancements.
Most of the time they make modifications to text or situations in the games!
These people unload the files to hosting sites for you!
These people make that 5GBs game smaller for you so it is not a big initial download!
These people make your game available on different platforms that were not already available!
Usually they make Androids or even IOS.
