What do you believe déjà vu is? I’ve seen some bland ideas about brain bugs, but I’ve also seen explanations about collapsing multiverses, about signs from spiritual mentors about the path, and some other things. What’s your belief about this?

Deja vu? Didn't you just ask me this question?

But to answer your question. Just your brain partially recalling a similar experience, whether watched, read, witnessed, or actually happened then filling in the blanks the best it can.

I know this explanation, but the feeling is so strong that I like to imagine that there is something beyond this. In general, I believe that there are many things outside of our physical dimension with very interesting explanations. The normal seems so boring for such an interesting sensation.

I've had Déjà-vu a lot of times in the past, so I can only say they're real, at least to me.

I have had few of it , but cannot confirm... some were in dreams but kind of became reality.

I mean, what's more likely, you have a weird moment where you just get a little confused ... or it's actually multiverse magical space woo woo.

It’s a very different feeling to not have a deeper explanation, isn’t it?

Been there, done that... again...

What do you mean by in dreams but they became reality. Tell me more about this story, it made me very curious.

had a dream about few places, I had never visited in the past, but saw the same places afterwards, like there was no stark difference between the dream and reality which I felt like I had visited the place before. I don't believe in such incidents but this made me think a lot deeper about the connection between deja vu and dreams.

Personally I think deja vu is kinda overrated, initial d has alot of better soundtracks.

I played it on my NES and it was fun, but I think Shadowgate was better.

That's the one with Denzel Washington and Val Kilmer right?

There is the absolutely slightest delay between what you actually see/taste/hear/feel and how your brain processes it. For instance, your eyes actually see everything upside down, your brain just corrects that and makes it the right way up.
De Ja Vu, to my knowledge, is when your brain has already processed something and recorded it into the short-term memory, BEFORE it's made you aware of it. So, you feel like you remember something you're seeing/feeling/experiencing, but its just because your brain has already recorded it.
