I don't mind pre-making lunches in advance. I just don't know what fairly simple straightforward food to put in my lunches for work. Sandwiches get boring after a while. Any ideas?

My lunches when I was working were packed with care by my roommate housemate by the guy I live with and is firmly in the it's complicated relationship status and his wife. He packaged some sort of meat because he's a cave man and she made sure I had some form of fruit or veggies to go with it. We had a microwave at work so it was basically a reheatable full meal.

your guy sounds like a real bro. I am inspired to go grab a cookbook and make some meat now. Cheers!

Pretty simple as I cook and make my own healthy lunches.
  1. PB&J + Yogurt + Dried Fruit + Carrots
  2. Deli Meat Sandwich + Red Bell Pepper + Clementine
  3. Muffin + Nuts + Cheese Stick + Celery w/Dip
  4. Chicken Wrap + Fruit Cup + Packaged Snack
  5. Bean Salad + Hummus + Pita Chips + Olive Cup
  6. English Muffin Pizza + Banana + Broccoli w/Dip
  7. Pasta Salad + Apple + Green Bell Pepper
  8. Chicken Nuggets + Dip + Potato Chips + Watermelon
  9. Nut/Seed Butter & Banana Roll Ups + Pretzels + Carrots
  10. “Snacky Lunch” Hard Boiled Egg(s) + Crackers + Cheese + Nuts and/or Raisins + Fruit & Vegetable

Definitely is, he even let it sit out in open air before packing it so it didn't steam up the container and get watery for when I reheated it.

Tuna packs are pretty good, throw a uncrustables maybe some fruits and veggies, beef jerky and don't forget a can of Arizona Tea.

Microplastics clog up the capillaries in your dick, and your body has no way of ever getting rid of them. Even heavy metals are flushed faster. Say no to seafood.

I dont eat food at work, just some pussys if we have the time or share breaks.
But i always need something to drink, so i have a sixpack 1,5l bullit energy in my office and always take a bottle with me when i have outdoor missions. -except for shopping...at least when i walk, there is also a sixpack in our van ^^

I typically either just do a boring old sandwich and chips, because its easy, or nothing much at all. But if you really want to fuck with your coworkers, bring pack ramen and just eat it dry. Just, be careful not to break a tooth or something.

Sandwiches of self baked sourdough wholegrain bread, with salad, turkey breast, tartar sauce and cheese.

(Bread... That´s something most other countries don´t know a little thing of. What they call bread is most a sweat wheat, good for nothing thing.)
