For me, it's buried desires with the decline in writing, general lack of content, and eventually abandoned.

[any game that goes like 10 updates and suddenly adds ntr]

For me it's DarkCookie, developer of Summertime Saga. Too much time spent on the "tech update". Don't get me wrong, the game and especially the art is really nice, but milking the patreons for this long takes some serious balls.

For me it's Ubisoft. I loved first Assassins, Far Crys and I liked their diverse range of other games. And then they started to produce only sequels to well konown franchises, with no effort, or started to adapt their products for as wide audience as possible regardless of the fanbase. Then it started to go down.

Games that have a lot of potential / nice art but painfully slow updates, e.g. EraHunter stuff

Is this question made for the whole Milfy City situation?

Summertime Saga used to update super often too. I used to donate years ago. Feels like as soon as they started making more money their development slowed to a crawl. I don't even think they released an update last year. Maybe they did, but it just feels like there hasn't been any real new content in forever.

Dude but for real. This guy is a real one!

Alternate existence got kinda bad near the end of the last update I played. MC just got super annoying and dumb

Definitely one of the first ones that came into my mind. Also I would add without a question Milfy City of course.

WVM. The constant delays, the never ending excuses that come with those delays. Making the girls more and more duck faced after people complained. The remake of Chapter one, that was supposed to be finished about a year and a half ago. Adding more and more girls, some who are just named colors, when some of the original girls still haven't had scenes. Putting black boxes on the MC's face instead of framing the shot with it hidden.
Before, one of the first Google results for WVM, was an article about how he had revolutionized AVNs, and is one of the best devs. Now he is at best, burned out or has writers block, but won't admit it, and at worst milking his supporters for all they have.

OniArtist (Or just Oni when its about his game), and his game Roguelike: Evolution. its a dating sim with several X-Men heroines, which originally started in the style of the X-Men: Evolution cartoon. the first several girls were great (especially Kitty Pryde and Rogue, and while Laura/X-23 was more of a custom job similar to that of the MVC game appearance, she was good too), but as he kept adding more girls, not only did he really start to not give a shit and cut corners HARD in terms of art quality (I'm talking actual body horror at times with the sex scenes), but he was never a good coder, and more or less just copy pastes for each new girl, which makes each successive addition more and more unstable and buggy. His newest additions of psylocke and squirrel girl are atrocious.

Honestly harder to think of the great devs that still haven't started milking their patreons

The dev from Buried Desires fell off hard. Irphaeus become a money grabber and seemed to have lost his passion
