Probably aren't that many western versions or many on this site but you'll have better luck with 2D untranslated Japanese AVNs.

Also shota is broad term as it has many meaning and sub-genres. Usually it's a young boy with other older males.

On the flip side their is also straight shota with young and older females and boy.
