Unfortunately, the game is slightly too complicated to make it work properly and is being rejected at this time.

As @Silrog22 said just using the links we had here we couldn't get it installed and working (unless we are doing somt8ing wrong it appears you need to get RPG maker on steam and use that to play something)

This should work,

(it's 2021 update)
The game requires 2000 RTP pack, you have to install it using Japanese locale or it will raise error in jap language,
The game itself requires Japanese local, so.
to set up things you have to change regional settings and/or install Japanese language pack from the windows region / language tab.

ps. Windows 8 changes the Display language as well, so everything will be in japanese
Windows 10 doesn't change native language tho, it depends on the first W10 installation option, mine is in English, I can't change it at all, so if your display language is still your native one, don't panic, just try to run the game "VH01.exe" (it's in the bottom of the folder, there are many MAP.Imu files in there)

Upd. I can also drop the RPG pack installer with all required rpg repositories (it's around 300mb)

i gotta be honest thats asking alot for a user to understand and mange to install it properly...

Its like one of the oldest Games around It's a pretty good classic and yes its running off of a really old RPG Maker that makes you jump through hoops to play it. Default sprites and mix of sets sometimes looks weird.

@Silrog22 Post it, let it be, this game was restricted on furry95, there are no other English hentai sites that have this game.
