Overview:
A prince, an escaped prisoner, a usurper, a lover, a fighter. Karder Dal-Arouya is many things but has one goal in life: to conquer the empire stolen from him by his treacherous queen mother.
Guide Karder on his adventures to reclaim his throne. On his quests you will meet friends and foes, powerful beasts and alluring rulers. Dominate your defeated foes and decide whether you want to use and abuse them for your dark pleasures or seduce them to aid you with their skills and knowledge.

Functionality:
1. Narrative. Narrative is how Karder views the world and the source of his ambition. The Narrative is *only* used in certain conversations and is *never* a deciding factor on whether the player will have access to lewd scenes on any content. I created this mechanism so players could approach Karder in different ways and for me to be able to explore Karder's personality a little deeper than "mine! want it!".
If Karder's Narrative is *Benign*, Karder sees his goal to become the Khan as an effort to prevent the chaos and bloodshed caused by the disintegration of the khaganate. He also remembers his late father fondly and has a softer attitude towards fatherhood.
If Karder's Narrative is *Vengeful*, Karder is out to get what's his and woe to anyone who stands in his way. He was wronged, and he wants revenge. In Vengeful mood Karder sees his late father as a weak ruler and wishes to become his opposite.
Narrative is governed by Fame. When Fame is high, the Narrative will automatically switch to benign and when it is very negative, it switches to Vengeful. Again: whichever Narrative the game is on, you can always still choose *any* path you want, Dominance or Seduction. If Karder is in a benign mood, some of his text will be displayed in *green*. If he is vengeful, some of his text will be displayed in *red*.
2. Achievements: new achievements for all Fame levels, an achievement if you manage to achieve all Fame levels in one game aptly called Fickle and achievements if you use all Shadow Institute functions in all your fiefdoms.
3. Music: music now plays in the world map as well. It changes based on the Narrative you're currently playing
4. VN Mode: now toggles off 1:1 RPS combat

This is the second largest release ever
MK2 combat – a brand new way to fight army Vs. army fights! I did not write a tutorial for it yet, so if you want to experiment you’ll have to do some guessing (though it’s pretty straightforward, I think). MK2 combat can be toggled off in the game’s settings. In the near future, I intend to flesh out this system with Wenches and/or buildings giving different bonuses to armies.
Skip 5 turns: one of the less fun aspects of running the map game was the need to excessively click “next turn”. In this version I have added another button which skips 5 turns but breaks the skipping if something important happens. You will find you now do more actual managing and less turn skipping.
Tentative: Achievements. I intend to add Achievements to the final 0.11 Steam release of March 1. They are not currently in the version (actually one test Achievement is) but I really want to push them in before the Steam release.

Stories and retcon:
All the “Act 2”s are programmed to appear 20-50 turns after their “trigger”, i.e. usually the completion of a quest. Since some of the quests took place a long time ago, for returning players using saved files you should simply see the star icon of a fiefdom indicating a story. Note that if you chose to skip sex with a girl originally (“Gentleman”), you will not have the option to play her Act 2, under the assumption you don’t find her attractive.
I feel Karder’s father (the late Khan) needs a bigger role in the story and to that extent I have introduced some changes in some scenes, including one you might have played already. If you wish to replay the edited scenes, you can find a Retcon button at your Citadel. Note that the third option is for players who played the Early Access builds. If you didn’t play the Early Access, you’ll see the correct scene during the course of the game.
Game enhancements:
Improved auto Auto Save. The game is saved automatically every 10 turns.
Sex sounds during sex scenes, for all the animations added in version 0.9.
No more death: losing in an army combat no longer ends the game, Karder simply retreats with his remaining army.
Random pregnancy is off by default, and can be turned on at game settings. In other words: by default, you will always impregnate the Wenches in your dungeon or palace.
Fame counter now moved to the top of the map screen. High Fame provides better yields at the price of lower Obedience, while extreme negative fame offers very obedient fiefdoms but with lower productivity.

Animations for the R/P/S combat: no more guessing how your opponent will attack, their animation will allow you to determine it on your own.
Fame: play as a benign ruler and watch your Fame grow. When it reaches high thresholds, enjoy Morale and productivity bonus. Or play as a ruthless leader and when your infamy is low enough, your subjects will be obedient like never before!
When you perform a Khaganate activity like Parley, Attack or Infiltrate you can’t perform another for the same fiefdom until the next turn.
