Ah, I see. When you say the game needs the tag added, you're actually saying the game needs the content added that would justify the tag being added, which is a very different statement.
As for the answer to your question, the point is that a lot of people are interested in content other than that, and not a lot of people are interested in that content. And Talothral has made it pretty clear that he is not. Talothral's games are enjoyable epic stories with nice, big, and very diverse harems. If that's not what you want, just move on.
There are both types of scenes: a couple with her size unchanged, and one(?) with her size changed. There's no penetration in the scenes with her size unchanged.
I played it. a couple month ago. I liked the story. But the sex scenes, are a turn off.

Just played through this for the first time and, man, it seems like Talothral is trying to greypill us with this one- I swear there's like three old ladies you can bang before you can do anything meaningful with the main girls.
Still, the story and characters are good, and I like the exotic cast of love interests. It does feel like he maybe has more main girls than the story can handle, like I swear the dark dwarf girl gets forgotten for half the game, and the thief falls for the protag after what seems like virtually zero interaction with him.

Been giving this a try and it's definitely feeling like a slow burn to get to any action. That's not a problem if the story is good though, and so far it seems promising.
I agree, tried it last night and I didnt even get through 20 minutes off it. Too slow.,
