Anyone else struggling or just jealous that the best games or most are catered to non android and us android users wait for a saint to port it over to us. I swear Ive seen so many games that looked like I'd love to play but not ported to Android. At this point I might as well save up for a laptop. And yes ik I could get a iPhone. But I don't care for iPhones and been android my whole life.

You would suffer under ios a whole lot more.
Joiplay solves like 70% of all games.

What you can't play are just some unity, wolfrpg, unreal etcs that do not have any port which is like 5% of the games.

Yea but I do have trouble with the ports sometimes. The game will crash. Like apocalypse and mi unca daughter. It was a mission to play those games. Constantly saving Because the app would crash

It is. I'm probably just gonna end up getting a laptop. On the plus side I also get to play projects zombiod. And other games with modded 18+ stuff

You should try the emulator called Winlator(literally turns your phone into a pc)
You must be registered to see attachments
can play any pc game as long as your phone can handle them
Oh and that's President Yukine a wolf rpgm

hmm.. maybe this is the solution for android user

I think Joiplay has an issue with games having large sizes too. Cant olay lessons in love properly on android

I just use a PC so games are already made for it but I can see why android would be mad. But now a lot of games are getting android versions.

For Android users:
DarkAssassin, the66, Ghost, estrada777, Blackeye, and incgrepacks all make good android ports of many AVNs.
They all also have Patreons, Subscribstars, discords, and websites/blogs that you should be able to find with some searching.

Joiplay works well for most games, but for the better games there are usually android ports.

I haven't tried Winlator. Do people prefer that over Joiplay?

Is there some secret to get Joiplay to work? Or does it just not work with larger file size games?
I've tried downloading the free version off their Patreon twice and each time either I can't get the games to add to joiplay correctly or if they do they crash immediately after launching them.

You have to download the different packages to make different games work - e.g. the rpg maker emulator.

I don't think it works for every game but for the ones I've played, downloading the necessary joiplay files has fixed most issues

Yup, the secret is faith prayer and huge dose of luck. The first problem is compatibility, and even if it works the second issue is often inputs. Joiplay is fairly reliable up to a point but it's not updated with all sorts of games in mind so many games just use tiny bits of code that break the whole thing, but it's still a huge step forward. And when it doesn't work, well, there are videos of people playing these games. Some VNs it's just easier to find a video

Yes, but many of the ones I want to play work just fine. Some don't though and I've just accepted that they probably never will. I may get a laptop again, but not right now.
