There was a game once called "The Creep" where you played as an overweight late 20s-mid 30s dude with glasses and stalked/photographed girls in public on the bus and such, hebe category girls that is. Was pretty different and I found it well made and interesting iirc, but it was abandoned and nothing similar ever crossed my radar. Would like to see that kind of game happen without forcing the mc to be a rapey bastard necessarily, but with some psychological mechanics, maybe corruption, maybe blackmail, maybe sabotage of some kind to force wardrobe malfunctions to take more revealing shots. Kind of like a deviant perv paparazzi, which is probably just a paparazzi, but you get my point

Sleeper Ship. Think Passengers except replace CPrat with a likeable MC, and JLaw with a harem of lolis.
No matter what the setting is I just want a new take on it, like a post apocalypse setting is overdone as fuck but if there a competition among the wasteland leaders to get the biggest harem so they can capture the biggest land and supplies for their faction.
A post-scarcity utopia. That kind of setting needs more representation everywhere.

"Lord King" was a pretty good game in that aspect. I felt the harem part could have been played more, but it was interesting.

Greek mythology would be pretty cool. Too many games just focus on standard medieval fantasy.
Since there's a plethora of animations out there with them, The Last of Us game that let you sex up the girlies would be nice. Since I'm an unashamed perv, the holy grail would be a combo of Harem Hotel and LIsland. If that's asking too much, simply put LIsland in a school/city and I'll be a happy camper.
