The writing is of good quality, but far too verbose. Has the usual pointless sandbox thing going. I would be fine with all that and still could enjoy this, but the fact that to pursue the sister, you also have to pursue the mother really puts me off.

It would be ideal if the other stories and characters were integrated into the family harem. I've always been indecisive about things and I'm unhappy having to choose one of the stories to be canonical and the others just unimportant sides. As there are no real interactions between the romantic cores and characters, besides belonging to the same world, it just seems like a cluster of stories, which takes away a little the motivation for grinding affection with all the cores at the same time.

Side stories were written when the relationship within mc and his family was blossoming, in order to have sex scenes in the early stages of the game.
When the family relationship deepened they became somewhat useless (except granma substory), but some of them is still funny to play.

As for grinding, there is no such a thing in the game: on the contrary, the game it's big because you don't have to grind.
If you follow the events the relationship grows automatically.

It's repetitive? Maybe, yes. But even the most repetitive dialogues actually shed light on the past or the future of the main characters, and if the "affection" for them grows with the passing of months you'll like even the events where they simply talk about their life.

It's an immersive experience, somewhat unique in this kind of games.

It still is one of my favs - I feel like if you want to power through you can cheat, if you want the story read - i have found it pretty good quality over the years.... I need to always download the high quality though which kills me in the end haha

Big fan of this game. The idea of slowly corrupting all the woman around you is certainly a winning one though unfortunately the only way for that to make that come about meaningfully through game play is grinding. Understandably not for everyone, but for those willing to play through there is plenty to enjoy!

You have to respect the creativity of the chef to hollow out five dinner rolls, shove sausages in there and be bold enough to call this "hot dogs". He could have called it Pigs In A Blanket, and that might slid by, but no. These are good, all-American hot dogs, just like Mom used to make them.
