Nice I started a intermittent fasting and healthy food diet program, once I hit my weight goal of 200 lbs I plan on switching to a more workout plan try and get in shape. Tired of being a big round couch potato.

Two days of yard/maintenance work at home.
Then continue the whole thing all over again.
