All it means is that you can't really get to know any of them, as it's just a mechanism to put varietal sex scenes in your game. Or, the story slows to a crawl because the dev has to maintain each and every relationship with every update.

The story takes a creepy turn as the "Family" starts acting like some weird B-movie cult. Most of the love interests are just downright disturbing and unlikeable, and it's frustrating that you can't turn them down. Plus, the developer decides how the MC feels, which is just annoying. Choices? Huh... add "Kinetic" to the tags...

Currently 23 women in the game. 7 for your extended family. 10 for Anna extended family and 6 others. work colleagues and such.
