Writing I find is very boring and there really isn't a plot as far as I can tell. Has some nice tags but the sandbox/grind really kills it for me.

Started playing this one today, and though it starts off a little slow, it is beginning to grow on me, so to speak. Seems like English is not the dev's first language, but the text gets across well enough. Main themes are building businesses and impregnating a variety of women. Worth a download if you've got nothing better to do.

If you mean MC's mother the answer has already been given by the dev and it's "not a chance ever" (or something like that), if you mean Lyn instead (Anna's mother) there is a strong chance that she could become a LI, just not in a threesome with the daughter (because of Patreon rules).
