For those whom dislike the changes, I mean it is a ren'py game at moment. If you have an older copy and "demake" it, you can put/change the content to degrees through backdooring the developer console to allow you to decompile it. Granted, per license agreements and dev's rights, you may probably not be able to distro the modified or patched game in any manner, but theoretically you should be able to rebuild aspects of the game.
Now, presuming Dev was smart and encryption locked game, so you cannot cheat or demake it, because well people should do such things so that no one tampers with games ny injecting malware n redistrobution of infected games n such what not. Like that's bad news. But there are some ways(which I will not go into) to demake such a game, which so long as you are only demaking/modding it for your own use with no distrobution, in theory should all be ok isn't it? Or has that changed?
Point is, why don't ppl usually do this when encountering revamps they dislike?
