I need to add to this because I made a mistake in the game logic. (Fixed for next version)
You need an extra point for the full Cara scene, but to earn this, you have to have sex with her Mom first.
After you teach her pool at the bar, on the walk home, she asks if you had sex with her mom. Say yes to get the needed point.
This is where my game logic was flawed - If you didn't have sex with her Mom, you don't have the choice of telling her the truth or lying. This means there's no way of getting that point.
I have fixed this error for the next update. Apologies.
