I'm searching for a hentai comic that goes similar to this "There is a world in witch there are adventurers. Women adventurers have found that having sex allows them to farm life ups. Two lolis are going to a bar/brother to farm lifes by having sex. It ends with them getting multiple lifes and getting them pregnant. When they finally return they have daughters that are similar age they were when visiting this brother and are showing them how to get multiple Lives up by having sex in the same brother/bar they visited."
