discussion Previously got Member+, can still see "+" links, but some games are missing

Like the title says, I got Member+ under the old rules, and still have the banner, but there are some empty spaces when I look in Games+, and I don't have the new gear icon. Are the missing threads just a bug, or am I somehow blocked from seeing threads that were added after the rule change? Are there differences between the old Member+ and new Member+? The rules thread doesn't really answer these questions, and I'd rather not spend time I don't need to if it's just a visual glitch.

Maybe you should contact the staff per ticket.

There isn't supposed to be any difference, so it should work, but if you have issues, look at the post above below.

You get gear icon if you baught it in the shop, it's kind of an item symbol

If you go into Latest Updates, how many are shown here? (it's on the right)

You must be registered to see attachments

I know the visual glitch you are referring to. Ive had it but i checked and it seems to either be fixed, or gone.
So since you already have members+, yes you are only going to see games that are in members+ area, not everything INCLUDING members+
it will be seperate
As for the gear icon.
That can be toggled on or off.
Go to inventory, click on settings for Members+ and click on hidden

I didn't buy anything in the shop, I just have the old banner from the first time the + system was rolled out, nothing with the new points system. In Latest Updates, the counter shows 378

i know what you mean. i don't have an explanation for that, since i don't think it removes anything just weird spacing

I got it under the same system (hence the eyes under my avatar), but it seemed like there might be a difference now between that one and the new one. If there's no difference, then I guess I won't have to grind out coins after all

From staff.. it seems there isnt a difference in when you got it. There has only been one other instance of a rank not working properly but other than that, there hasnt been other issues brought up.
If you cant access something even if you have the rank for it, then yes there is something wrong

I wouldn't be worried. OP problem stems from being integrated from the very first iteration of the system. If you buy + you will have zero issues... knock on wood
