One of the biggest turn offs on this site is the constant change of rules and restrictions

I really appreciate this site and the people that run it but the constant changes in what you can view and under what kind of limitations is REALLY off putting. You are hurting your own site.

Also I think the cap of 550 (i think its way too high with the current speed you can gain coins) should be 250.

Agreed on the rapidly changing set of rules and requirements - but that is not up to us to set so we'll just have to play ball.

As for the cost of 550; it's really not that high - Just imagine it like a 'vetting' system; they want you to be around the forums for a week+, interact with the community, etc etc.. If it was too easy, it would not be much of a hurdle for people with bad intentions either, now would it?

Besides, even with these new restrictions - with fairly limited effort, you can easily do 200/day.

I was lucky enough to get member+ when there wasn't a like cooldown period. Now that there is one, I can see how it's getting even harder for people to get their pass. My suggestion would be to scrounge up as many coins as possible, then just to wait for the times where + is on a discount.

From what I remember seeing, it happens at random times once a week. I think the price would be at 350, if it hasn't risen again. It lasts 24 hours.

We dont know if the owners increase the buy in or they even implement another paywall. I hope not cause i like this site but the current changes is not a good sign in my opinion.

the actualy member+ status hasn't been taken away from people..

There are some (like me) that got the members+ tag before LC coins were introduced; earned it based on merrit (being active, X amount of posts, X amount of time online, that thing); after I earned it, the amounts got changed, but my tag was already tehre, it doesn't get taken away..

Similarly, the people that bought it for 350 coins when it was on sale; they will haev member+ for life; the role itself will not be taken away. Even if it will cost 10.000 LC coins next week, that will only affect new people that still need to get it.

Once you get it, you're set.
(so I say, be active, save up coins, wait for next sale, and pick it up. Done)
