i believe one need to have at least son or a daughter to be called a MILF

I agree with you, then again the the word "literally" was redefined to mean "emphatically". So the conversation needs to take place if only to defend the true meaning of MILF.
In media its usually used for a more shapely woman, but when i use it in real life its just for anyone older that 35ish.

Milf used to mean women over 40 with at least one child. Now it's used more for women over over thirty in porn.

Id say she must have at least one child otherwise she wouldnt be a mom. Next she needs to be hot, wouldnt say that any specific body features are needed for this. Big ass/breast or smaller ass/breasts, hairy or shaved depends on your preferences.
By definition, any mother works. I feel like by ""MILF" most consider middle age mothers though.

Mother I'd Like to Fornicate, simply put if you see a mother you find attractive then by definition she is a milf. But ideally when we think of a milf we think of an older women with a nice rack and a bouncy butt who is looking for a young stud to make her feel like a woman again.
Milfs have whatever breasts are your favorite. If she lacks features you enjoy you can't really call her a MILF, can you?
The 'M' may technically stand for 'mother' but in practice most people use it for middle-aged or older women. I.E. someone who you find hot even though she's old enough to be your mother. Never seen anyone who would unironically call a 16 year old teen mom a MILF.
