Been around watching porn since the 70's when Viper was the only porn actress with tattoos and piercings. Today I see women my age with nose piercings trying to be youthful. I have seen really good tattoo art, but most of the ones I see are crap. Basically, how to make an unattractive woman less attractive.... Anyone else feel this way? Especially from our youthful members? Or am I just an old guy yelling, "Hey, get off of my porn lawn!"

Yeah, I remember seeing The Enigma at Lollapalooza in the Jim Rose Circus Side Show. He was just beginning the jigsaw tattoos. Even wilder are the Japanese who have full body tats and hide them under suits.

Finding it hard to wrap my head around it. Feels so alien and perhaps that is part of the appeal. In a culture that embraces extroverts these things externalizes how "special" you are.

I told a friend after his daughter was born that he needed to be ready for when she started dating. I could envision a guy showing up with his pants around his ankles and a large spike through his head. "Dude, I am here to pick up my bitch!" She's an adult now and luckily that never happened.

I told a friend after his daughter was born that he needed to be ready for when she started dating. I could envision a guy showing up with his pants around his ankles and a large spike through his head. "Dude, I am here to pick up my bitch!" She's an adult now and luckily that never happened.

Agreed, and an amateur artist continues to do Dee from Dating My Daughter with nipple piercings and I hate it.

as long as they avoid the face, I don't mind either really, and I love the whole goth/scene/emo aesthetic, so I do certainly think they have their place (ESPECIALLY nipple piercings, love those) but in VNs its whatever really, so long as they don't go overboard, or put them on every last character.

Early goth rock in the 80's was a make-up affair in my area. Some really great looks can be done with just face paint. Oh, and the can of hairspray. Then one of them got a tongue piercing and then several followed suit. Talking in lisps followed. Clacking against teeth as well. Just had to walk away. Happy to know that 45 Grave are still touring.
