Anyone else go totally gaga for POV kissing shots? First noticed them being a feature of some H games in Dating my Daughter, and oof, arguably gives me more perverted serotonin than actual sex scenes. Like, I'll load up sims 4 with wickedwhims, run a kissing/foreplay animation and go first-person view to get my kicks (and hope the models don't clip through eachother and show me nightmare fuel

honestly im the exact opposite, i never understood why pov kissing shots were a thing. for starters, it looks like theyre kissing nothing/the air... which is weird. and it only gets worse when they "french kiss" since they just stick their toungue into the air and have their eyes closed... idk, its just really weird and not actually kissing. just air licking. i like when kisses are actual kisses between flesh as one would expect. iirc it was sunshine love and melody where the mc wasnt shown much (most of the game was pov) but the kisses were side profiles where you see the mc from only the lower half of the face instead of a pov kiss which i greatly appreciated (it mightve been other games, idr, its been a while). games that spammed pov kisses were just so offputting for me.

For my part, I've been looking for what feels like an eternity for an animated video in which two women kiss with tongue. In my memory,
the two of them are standing in a kind of fountain. Perhaps one of you has a useful clue. Anyway, kissing is always a good thing!

This is a recent development for me, but I can't stand seeing guy/girl kissing. Girl/girl is great, but up close shots of a man's face is the ultimate turn off for me. If there is sound while they kiss then I have to skip the scene entirely.

I'm so sorry to hear that, especially since I am quite blessed in this area. What I mean is that all I do is accumulate more and more turn-ons as I grow closer to my inevitable death. Maybe it just hard to animate kissing scene where as pov kiss is easy because no contact just kiss the air while 3rd person kiss there is contact a lot could go wrong in animating.
 
This content type is most commonly available in VR, which seems like a lot of work and expense just to try it out if you don’t already have a headset. If that’s you I suggest “VR2Normal”. That’s an application that can convert VR movies to 2d. As a practical matter, many VR films have already been converted and “VR2Normal” is always part of the name of the film, making it an ideal search term.

Side note: kissing the camera is more common in JAV VR than in western VR.
