I mean, I'm sure you've heard all the responses before, but: These games attempt to place me in a lot of perspectives, throwing around words like "you" or whatever. It hasn't actually ever worked on me, just like POV porn doesn't. To me, I am watching porn, just porn where I read words and maybe make some decisions about what happens.

Games which focus too much on the shaming or cuckoldry get a pass from me just because it distracts from the action, not because I feel attacked. My response is "if he's not involved in the scene, move on to those who are, please." Some of them describe everything in 3rd person in the first place, so even if you're in some semblance of control over the MC, you'd have to self-insert yourself. And I play female MC games as well, which would be at best difficult if I were actually "being" her, rather than just watching porn of a woman that I'm making some decisions for.

Of course, I think some people perceive watching any sort of porn where you're not placing yourself in the action as cuckoldry or whatever? But, in that case there's real little room for mutual understanding.

In real life, I enjoy romantic monogamous relationships. In porn, both live-action and animation, I enjoy that, but I also enjoy a handful of forms of corruption, and closing off any game with more than one sexually active male character closes off the "slut" type of character, which is one of the types I like.

I'm not sure I count as an NTR fan, though. I just don't care much what form the relationships take in non-romantic corruption games, as long as they have the right kinks for my taste.

As a person that plays all types of these games, including NTR ones, for their story. I dont put myself as the character? I get that some people do, but I play these games from the perspective I would if I were reading a traditional fiction novel. It's the main characters life, I'm just along for the ride *pun intended.* I don't know why some people cant wrap their head around that. To each their own I guess. I don't go out of my way to read NTR but I dont avoid it either. Doing so limits the amount of potentially good games out there that I may find enjoyable.
