In some environments, animation playback speed may become unusually fast. This appears to occur when Windows hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled. If you experience this bug, try disabling "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Graphics details.

The game's animation speed will be increased if your display is above 60hz. Either cap the game's FPS at 60 or lower your display's hz to 60hz to fix this.
