What exactly are we getting for the $1400, is it continual support?? is this monthly?? is this just for the latest update section, or is it for the whole website??? if not then 1400$ seems excessive for just doing one section

It's for the development of the new latest updates page like Fuck95 has and probably continued support but nit really needed

Heh, blast from the past with the Air Gear art, no one ever knows about it. Ume seems to be having fun. I don't have anything to give other than my thanks. Hope you raise enough.

1400 really sounds like a lot. AI can code a whole lot these days for entirely free. No idea how much complexity this kind of design has, mind you, but if prompted by someone with a rough idea of web design, I can't imagine it being 1400 bucks worth of effort left to put in.
Did the dude say how long he would take?

with all the work he has to put into it, its actually still a great deal
keep in mind some things are in the grey part, and not to mention houry labor, in most cases it could have bin higher

Put like that, it adds up, surely. I just don't know enough about the specifics of the task. It only sounds like they would need to reinvent the wheel for this, building everything from scratch, while there are surely templates and such that are perfectly fine as a skeleton to modify and tweak on top of, I would imagine.
But of course, things could be worse.

Hell, It's been years since I touched web design, and the best I managed looked like something from 2003. But from what I remember most of it is cut and paste stuff these days.

The $50/h is... whatever. I think 1-2 days is about right for a cut and paste job but 3.5 days is a bit of an underestimate for a decent custom job, probably more like a week or more for a good one.

thats what parce was saying, thats not how long it will take & the front end is basically done, we just need someone to connect everything and build a backend.
