There are more games yes. If I'm not wrong this is Honey Select (most likely 2) and a ton of games were/are made with this. Eternum is probably the most well known one from recent years (in terms of quality) but there are still a ton of games made with this and a lot who were in the past. Some games on the site are tagged with what they're made with, look for HS (Honey Select) if you specifically are looking for models like these ones (I mean the style, not the breast size obviously).

Quick edit; huge boob ladies are VERY common in Koikatsu and HS (or atleast relatively "huge", I find DD+ already pretty big) from my experience but this has nothing to do with those programs, it's the models they end up using. I haven't played this (and won't for now since it's 0.1) so I can't speak for this game.
