Hey, I realized this today also. They updated terms and conditions to see restricted tab.

since youre a game dev you should get access without requierments just write a ticket

You need 35 post on different threads and only on game threads, off topics won't work. You also need 12 hours online and few likes on the comments you've made.

well depends i started activliy posting and commenting yesterday and i just got my rank dont get me wrong i posted also before but really really actively just yesterday so its not that hard
