When I try to purchase permanent Prestige Rank 1 for 2560 activity credits, it says "This item is unique, and you already have one of this item in your cart.". When I go to my cart, it's empty.

I'm stuck in a loop of endless nothingness.

Edit: I was unaware that there was a ticketing system, but have since found it and created an incident report there.

In the URL of the cart page, replace "dbtech-ecommerce" by "dbtech-shop"
