discussion Is it possible to recreate a Gen9 asset as a Gen3, or a Gen3 as a Gen8?

I am wondering because there is a pretty nifty gen9 asset's whose face I'd love to recreate and use on a gen8 asset. As well, there is a gen3 image I'd like to recreate as a gen8 asset. I am okay with paying for an artist to do that work, but if there is a less labor-intensive way to do that, I'd be interested in knowing about it
