I have some coins in the bank, thankfully, but my LC coins balance is at 0, and doesn't seem to move no matter what I do...

Is anyone else having this happen to them? Did I just miss something obvious?

Have you been making low effort posts? Mods might have given you the ol' nutslap for spamming.

Well, you guys have proven me wrong! I now have a whopping 7 coins!

I had been making some reactions today, but wasn't seeing any coins for those, so maybe it is just that you no longer get coins for reactions?

...or I'm just an idiot. Giving reactions doesn't give yourself coins. It gives the coins to the person you are reacting to. Don't know why I didn't figure that out before.

I have just received a warning for spam or low effort posts so I think they are going to clamp down on small posts I have queried it but heard nothing back and you do have to write something to get points not react to a post

That's right, you only earn coins when you receive a reaction, not when you give (3 minutes cooldown from each source)

Sorry, after that problem with Member+, we're receiving thousands of tickets and I still have a lot of DMs

and you do have to write something to get points not react to a post

receiving reactions is the best way to earn coins, posting is a slow method (see my thread), you can only earn 5 every three minutes, isn't worth it when you don't receive reactions
